RallyTap does not require account creation. Most match data, settings, and completed match history are stored locally on your device.

You can delete local match history in the RallyTap app. You can also delete local app data by uninstalling the app or clearing RallyTap app data from your device settings.

Deleting RallyTap app data does not delete history backups or Stats Export files that you previously saved or shared outside the app. Manage those copies through the destination where you saved or shared them.

Live Scoring Data

If you created or managed a live scoring share link and want the associated raw live score data deleted before scheduled cleanup, email [email protected] with the share link or share ID.

Raw live score records are normally retained for up to 30 days after creation for diagnostics, abuse prevention, and service reliability. When we can locate the live score row from the share link or share ID, we delete the associated raw live score record.

What May Be Retained

After scheduled cleanup, raw live score records are deleted and de-identified aggregate metrics may remain. Aggregate metrics do not include player names, share IDs, owner tokens, raw score JSON, IP addresses, or viewer identifiers.

After cleanup, we may not be able to identify or delete a specific match because only de-identified aggregate metrics remain. Security logs, abuse-prevention records, or provider logs may also be retained when needed to operate, secure, and protect RallyTap.

How To Request Deletion

Send your request to [email protected]. Include the RallyTap share link or share ID if your request is about live scoring data. Do not send sensitive information unless it is needed for the request.
